Investment Process

The 3 Stages

  1. The first stage is to filter to a long list down to approximately 200-250 funds (between 3 to 15 funds for each sector) that would have qualified for inclusion through our screening process and our 24 key consideration metrics.
  2. The second stage is to create a short list of funds that qualify for inclusion. We then engage with fund management groups, analyse data from independent research agencies and gather our own further research. This produces a final shortlist in the region of 75 funds.
  3. The third and final stage we then reduce to the preferred fund list to create the final model from 75 funds down to the final implemented fund breakdown of 25-30 funds to invest in.
